TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL

• By requesting a commission, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following terms.• Carefully read through these conditions in their entirety.• If you are unwilling to comply with my Terms of Service or find them unsatisfactory, please refrain from commissioning me.• Usage of my artwork for AI purposes or similar applications is strictly prohibited. Uploading my art to any AI platforms could compromise the integrity of my work.• Feel free to reach out to me if you have any inquiries!

PAYMENTS

• To commence the commission, a 100% upfront payment is required. Unless otherwise discussed, no exceptions will be made.• Neither the Client nor I have any intention of physically shipping any items.

Revision:

Initial Sketch:An initial sketch of the requested artwork will be presented.
The client will have the opportunity to review and approve the sketch.
No further revisions will be made once the sketch is approved.Base Color:Following approval of the sketch, the base color will be applied to the design.
The client may request revisions at this stage if necessary, for minor adjustments.
No further revisions will be made once the base color is approved.Artwork Finalization:Upon approval of the base color, the artwork will be finalized according to the agreed specifications.
If the commission is for a VTuber model, the PSD file will be delivered, along with necessary files for VTuber Studio if rigging was requested.
In the case of artwork-only commissions, the file will be delivered in high resolution.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:

• For commissioned pieces, I do not assert any rights over the character design, unless it was originally created by me.

REFUNDS:

• Once the rigging or art process has begun, full refunds will not be available.• A full refund of the payment can only be provided if I have not commenced work on the rigging or art.• Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the progress of the project and the circumstances surrounding the request.
